Reservations With YMCA360
Reservations can be made by calling our Welcome Center at 808-242-9007 during our hours of operation of Mondays through Fridays at 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You are also allowed to make a reservation on your own at any time of the day through YMCA 360 via the buttons located below.
- Reservations can only be made up to 5 days in advance from the current date with the entire day available for reservations beginning at 6 AM (8 AM for Saturdays) on that 5th day. (Even though we are closed, our system still counts Sundays)
- You can change or cancel your reservation at any time as long as it is at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Anytime after that 15 minutes, it is too late to make any changes online and you must call our Welcome Center at 808-242-9007 to cancel.
- Once a reservation is made, a confirmation email will be sent to you that will contain a link that you can use to easily cancel the reservation if you end up needing to.
- PLEASE NOTE: Only active members of the Maui YMCA are able to make a reservation for group fitness classes that require one.
- When logging in for the first time, it will ask for the Zip Code of our facility, which is 96732, and then you can select Maui Family YMCA
- It will then ask you to enter an email address to verify you are an active member of our YMCA
- Please make sure that it is the same email address that is connected to your membership. Feel free to check with our Welcome Center which email address we have on file for you.
- A verification code will then be sent to your email which you must check and enter in order to access YMCA360
- Our schedules can be accessed and reservations made via the Y logo on the bottom of the screen (mobile app) or via the profile icon in the upper left hand corner (website)
