Healthy Lifestyle Programs
These Healthy Lifestyle Programs will focus on behavior change, weight loss, lifestyle changes, exercise and an overall better quality of life to create a happier, healthier you!
Beginning Lifestyle Changes
This is a 90-day program which will meet every Thursday afternoon from 4:00pm to 5:00pm in the multipurpose room.
- Non-Members get a complimentary 3-Month Membership to the Y!

IMPORTANT: BEGINNING LIFESTYLE CHANGES MUST HAVE BEEN COMPLETED IN ORDER TO ATTEND THESE CLASSES
Recurring Program Notice
Please note that this is a recurring Maui YMCA Program. Once registered for the program, you will be charged each month automatically and perpetually unless explicitly requested to terminate from the program.
- FOR MAUI YMCA MEMBERS: The monthly charge for the program will be added along with your regular monthly membership payment deducted on the 20th of every month. Please note: Payment information on file for membership dues will be used to charge for program as well (even if you enter in different payment information during the registration process). If you would like to change payment information on file for membership, you can request a change online at mauiymca.org/membership-change or in-person with our Welcome Center.
- FOR NON-MEMBERS: Automatic payments for each month will be deducted right on the 2nd of the month on the payment information that you provide during the registration process
During the initial registration process, payment for the current month will be collected upon completion of registration. Auto-payments will then begin the month after. (No payment will be collected to register for the wait list if session is currently full)
