Programs Coordinator
| SCHEDULE: | Monday thru Friday from 1:30pm to 5:30pm (during school year) Varies (During school breaks) |

| SALARY RANGE: | $17.00 to $25.00/hour (based on experience) |
| STATUS: | Full or Part Time/Non-Exempt |

GENERAL FUNCTION
Under the supervision of the Youth Programs Director, this position is primarily concerned with planning and organizing program activities while leading and supervising a cohort of Afterschool/Day Camp Counselors.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Knowledge:
- Requires understanding of child development, group management, group work, program and communications
- Able to complete mandatory training
- Must be people oriented
- Prior management experience preferred
Education/Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- TB test required
- CPR/First Aid Certified required
