February is Heart Health Month
Let’s focus on cardiovascular health!!
Challenge runs from February 1, - February 28, 2023
- Must be an active Y Member to participate
- Members aim to complete 20 workouts of choice (group classes, swimming, weight or cardio room)
- All workouts must be completed at the Y
- Workouts must be 30 minutes or more in duration

How To Join
- Open the Y Universal App (Click the button below to download the app)
- After logging in, head over to the My Y tab on the bottom of the screen, then go into Fitness Challenges
- From the Fitness Challenges page, head over to the New tab on the top, then click the Enroll button under the Heart Hustle Challenge 2023
- Once the challenge starts, you’ll be able to manually record every workout you do at the Y and have it count towards the challenge!
How To Record Workouts
- Open the Y Universal App
- After logging in, head over to the My Wellness tab on the bottom of the screen, then go into Log Workouts
- From the Log Workouts page, select the Date, Time, type of Activity, and Duration of the workout your logging and don’t forget to select the challenge on the bottom of the screen before clicking click the Submit button
- If the workout is done during the dates of the challenge, and is an approved activity for the challenge, it will count towards your 20 workout goal!
