FIT Pass for Teens

Have a child that is 12 years of age or older? They are eligible to work out! If they are between the ages of 12-15 years of age, they just need a quick 20 minute fitness orientation first. This will cover proper form and safety. Students will gain a better understanding of how the body functions during exercise and proper rules and etiquette of the gym. Youth Strength & Conditioning

Overview
This program is made to teach proper form, proper weight room etiquette, and teach fitness programming.  This will be a 6-week program for ages 12-17 where you will work one on one with a trainer once a week along with 2 assigned workouts provided by the trainer Micah Richardson who has a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science. The first and last weeks will be fitness testing so they will be able to see how they improved from the first day through the last day of the program.
