KIDS CLUB ONLINE RESERVATION GUIDE

MAKING A RESERVATION

  • You must be a currently active member of the Maui YMCA to have access to our online reservation system
    • If you are not, you must make a reservation in-person with our Welcome Center
  • PLEASE NOTE: RESERVATIONS CAN ONLY MADE UP TO 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE
  • After clicking the button below, you will be prompted to login to your online reservation account
  • You will then be taken to our Schedule for Facility Reservations with a calendar shown at the top to choose the day you wish to make a reservation for and then the time slots available for reservation beneath
  • After choosing the Kids Club time slot that you prefer to make a reservation for, you must then click the “Create Reservation” button to save your spot
  • If you are paying for a Daily Fee, you will then be taken to the PayPal site to complete that $5 payment
    • If you do not have a PayPal account, you can bypass the login page by clicking on the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button to continue as a Guest (You will be prompted to provide an email address before continuing to the payment information screen)
    • If you have an active Single Parent Family or Family Membership here at the Maui Family YMCA and opted to go with the $15 Monthly Pass instead, you will bypass the payment screen completely and go straight to confirming your spot
  • You will know that you have successfully made your reservation when a green banner pops up on the top with a confirmation message
  • ONLY ONE RESERVATION PER DAY FOR EACH CHILD PLEASE

JUMPING ON THE WAITLIST

  • You have the option to place yourself on the waitlist for a time slot that is currently full
  • No payment will be required until you are off the waitlist and confirmed in a spot
  • Should someone cancel during that time slot, the first person added to the waitlist will automatically be placed in that available spot the second they cancel
  • A confirmation email will be sent the second you get off the waitlist saying that your reservation was placed along with a link to pay for that spot online (Only email notification is available due to staffing shortages, please keep a constant eye on your email)
    • Failure to pay for that spot by the time you drop your child off will result in a denied entry until payment is made
    • Payment can also be paid in-person with the Welcome Center before heading into the Kids Club Room

CANCELLING A RESERVATION

  • You can delete a particular reservation by first finding it under the “Agenda” tab above the reservation calendar on a desktop computer or under “Your reservations” at the bottom of the screen if you are on a mobile device
  • Once at that screen, click or touch on the reservation you wish to remove and then click or touch on the pen and notepad icon to the right of your reservation information
  • You can then click or touch on the trash can icon to delete that reservation
  • PLEASE NOTE: ONLINE CANCELLATIONS CAN ONLY BE DONE UP TO ONE HOUR BEFORE THAT RESERVATION IS SCHEDULED TO START. ANY REQUESTS FOR CANCELLATION WITHIN THE HOUR MUST BE DONE OVER THE PHONE WITH OUR WELCOME CENTER AT 808-242-9007
  • Any Daily Pass payment made towards reserving a spot will be automatically refunded once the reservation has been cancelled (please allow a few business days for that to be reflected on your account)
    • PLEASE NOTE: Any cancellation requests made after time slot has already started count as a no show; no refunds are possible for payments made towards a no show reservation

KIDS CLUB MONTHLY PASS SIGN-UP

A heavily discounted alternative for our loyal Single Parent Family and Family members to the Maui Family YMCA. A $15 monthly charge will be added along with your monthly membership draft. This will allow you unlimited reservations for our Kids Club via our Online Reservation System by bypassing any payment requirements. Please allow a few hours for your request to be approved and applied to your Online Reservation Account.

REQUESTING A MONTHLY PASS

  • PLEASE NOTE: THIS OPTION IS ONLY VALID FOR CURRENTLY ACTIVE SINGLE PARENT FAMILY AND FAMILY MEMBERSHIP OF THE MAUI FAMILY YMCA
    • If your membership is currently on freeze or you wish to upgrade your current membership, you may make a request in-person with our Welcome Center or completely online at www.mauiymca.org/membership
  • This process is only to request to opt-in to our Monthly Pass option and must be approved by our Membership Coordinator before being activated
  • After clicking the button below, you must login to your Online Membership Account to continue with online registration
    • Please note that this is a different system from our Online Reservation System and requires a different login
    • If you have forgotten your password, enter in your email address first and then on the Enter Password page, you can click on the blue “Forgot your password?” hyperlink below
      • You then have the option of requesting a One-Time access code via Text, Call, or Email by clicking one of the options and the blue Submit button
      • If you would like to reset your password instead, you would click on the blue “Email me a reset password link” instead (DO NOT CLICK BLUE SUBMIT BUTTON)
  • You will know that you have successfully completed the registration process for your request when you get an auto-generated confirmation email of your registration
  • Our Membership Coordinator, Adam, will then follow up with you about the status of your request with either an approval or denial with options to work towards getting approved
    • PLEASE WAIT FOR APPROVAL FIRST BEFORE TRYING TO MAKE A RESERVATION OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED $5 DAILY FEE
  • First month’s payment will be collected upon registration with the monthly auto-payments starting upon next month’s draft period along with your regular monthly Membership dues.

CANCELLING A MONTHLY PASS

  • PLEASE NOTE: The monthly $15 charge will continue to be automatically charged along with your monthly membership payments until a request to cancel is made by the account holder
  • Cancellation requests for Monthly Passes can be made completely online via the button below, in-person with our Welcome Center, or via email to our Membership Coordinator, Adam, at adam@mauiymca.org
  • We ask for a notice of cancellation at least 30 days in advance before the next draft date on the 20th in order to stop that next upcoming monthly charge
