This one hour group workout will strengthen your cardiovascular system and improve muscular strength and endurance while riding on specialized bikes accompanied by fun and motivating music.
Fee: Members Free • Potential Members $10
What to Bring and Wear:
• Bring a towel and water bottle.
• Padded bike shorts, cross trainer or bike shoes, and heart monitor are recommended.
Spin Reservations and Cancellations:
• Call for reservations a day in advance.
• Cancellations must be made 2 hours prior to the- start of class.
• If a class has a wait list and you do not cancel, a $10 NO SHOW fee will be charged.
• You must arrive 5 minutes prior to class to reserve your bike, or your reservation will be given to the first person on the wait list.
Every member is given the opportunity to go through a free, one-time orientation. Orientations last approximately 30-40 minutes. Appointment times and availability vary. Please call 242-9007 for appointment times.
Fit Pass for Teens
A fitness orientation is required for members 13-15 years of age who wish to use cardio or resistance equipment. This will cover proper form and safety. Students will gain a better understanding of how the body functions during exercise. Students will receive a “Fit Pass” that will allow them to workout. Call to schedule an individual appointment.

Fitness Facility Guidelines
Group Fitness classes, weight room and cardio room are for adults and teens ages 16 years and above.
• No SLIPPERS, CROCS or any other type of uncovered footwear allowed while working out.
• Any child 12 years and under must be checked into child-watch.
• No boom boxes or any other music apparatus allowed in the cardio and weight room.
Adult Water Activities
This highly effective aerobic and toning class is a total body workout in the cool of the pool…a relaxing alternative to land exercise.

Adult Private Swim Lessons
A great alternative to a class environment, our private lessons accommodate your busy schedule. All levels are welcome.

An aquatic workout with all of the benefits, fun and excitement of a Zumba class! You will work out to a blend of Latin music and the moves are modified and adjusted to the aquatic surroundings.

One-hour racquetball lessons for all ages at any level of play. Learn swing mechanics, shot-making, rules, safety, drills, court positioning and strategy. Times are flexible. For more information, call the front desk.

Racquetball / Handball
Racquetball and handball are played in a four-wall court where each player is required to keep the ball in play by hitting the ball back to the front wall after one bounce. Matches are usually the best out of three games, with racquetball games played to 15 points and handball games played to 21 points.

• Approved eye protection strongly recommended.
• Court or non-marking shoes only.
• Racquetball/handball reservations can be made by YMCA Members ONLY!
• Reservations can be made seven days in advance.
• Reservations are for one hour and start on the hour.
• Less than 2 hours cancellation a $10 “NO SHOW” fee will be charged.
• When courts are not reserved, they can be used on a first-come, first- served basis.

Adult Group Fitness
Strength & Tone
Focuses on some cardiovascular endurance, but mainly on muscular endurance utilizing dumbbells, tubing and dyna bands. For all fitness levels.
Targets strength building and muscular endurance while completing an exercise circuit. Each circuit mixes in high volume (reputations), low resistance (weight) workout with short rest intervals. Class works core muscles and improves cardiovascular.
Beginning & Gentle Yoga
Both classes are designed for those who are new to the practice of yoga or have injuries. These classes increase flexibility.
Integral yoga is an individual transformation. You will work your inner awareness and the breath. Core poses strengthen and tone the body. You will move through unique poses followed by deep relaxation.
Pau Hana Yoga
An Aloha Friday approach to yoga, incorporating the student’s wants and needs for that day. Whether restorative or power, it is a Hatha yoga- based format that can adapt to the day, focusing on breath, alignment of asanas, deep relaxation and meditation.
Vinyasa means breath synchronized movement. In vinyasa, poses will flow from one to another in union with the breath.
Stretch, Strengthen & Breathe. This class focuses on slow-motion Viniyoga routines build strength, stamina and flexibility while cultivating a sense of peace and healing for the body, mind and heart.
A dance based fitness class. Workout to a blend of Latin music which is combined with the traditional cumbia, salsa, samba & meringue.
Cardio kickboxing is a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts. This popular training program comes to life as our instructors teach you how to punch, kick, and block your way through a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout.
Boot Camp Interval
A rigorous circuit class designed to incorporate kickboxing, plyometric exercises, strength and cardio.
Max Interval Training-Workout for 3-5 minute blocks with small breaks to keep your body working at maximum capacity and pushing your limits, forcing your body to adapt.
Cize fitness program is not doing push-ups or jumping, it’s about moving to the beat, and everyone can do it. And if you think you can’t dance, don’t worry-the routines are broken down, step-by-step, move-by-move, and built into a full dance workout. You’ll be so focused on mastering moves that for 25-40 min you’ll forget you’re working out.
Designed for active older adults to have fun while learning how to use a variety of fitness equipment. Helps build strength, balance, and flexibility and decreases body fat.
Power Fit uses constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. No heavy weights or lifting. Challenge yourself with lifting your own body and know that every class will be different.
Hi-Low Aerobics & Sculpt
A combination of high-low intensity workout and muscle strengthening exercises for all fitness levels.
A fun fitness workout which isolates all the major muscle groups. It incorporates the traditional sounds of the Polynesian drums, reggae, hip hop and modern songs.
Low Impact & Step
A combination of traditional low-impact and step aerobics make this class exciting and challenging for all fitness levels.
Emphasizes your core, lower back, inner & outer thighs. Develops flexibility, strength, muscular endurance, coordination, and balance.
A blend of Pilates and Yoga. PiYo is a unique class designed to build strength and gain flexibility. It’s about energy, power, and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominal, increased overall core strength, and greater stability.
Power Sculpt is a strength training and cardio class designed to strengthen and lengthen your entire body while burning tons of calories.
Designed for the seasoned stepper, this powerful, fun workout offers complex combinations, mixed with dynamic and challenging moves.
Resistance. Intervals. Power. Plyometrics. Endurance. Diet and nutrition. A pre-choreographed workout incorporating cardio, weights, kickboxing and the bonus, which is core. Instructors will show participants different levels of modifications. Music will get you motivated and moving!! For all fitness levels.
